FullTimePokerStaking, and staff are not responsible for ANY transaction that takes place in this forum, by approved posters, long term members or unknown members. Any agreement you enter into is at your own risk.

-Only members with 50 or more posts may post requests. Members with less that 50 posts that have a proven track record, may post in the selling action threads after approval from the mod team.

-Please note that all threads must be pre-approved by a member of staff before they appear. Remember - even though a thread is approved, it gives you no guarantee of its legitimacy so please ensure that you do your own research before entering into any agreement. Any attempt to circumvent the approval process (by PM, posting in other parts of the forum, or any other means) will result in an infraction/ban.

-Posting a stake request in someone else's thread is strictly against the rules, and will result in an infraction or ban.

-FullTimePokerStaking.com accepts no liability for any money lost, not paid, disputed, and we will not enter into any negotiations on your behalf. Backing comes with risks, and it will attract scammers, so be vigilant.

-If you spot a known scammer looking for backing, please report the post immediately. We will ban members on sight that are known scammers anywhere on the internet. Bear in mind that because you have seen someone have a successful stake in the past it does not make them trustworthy. Successful scammers will try to build up a trustworthy reputation on small backing in order to scam someone on a big one.

-If the terms of your OP changes prior to the start of your stake, then your stake will be considered cancelled. You will be welcome to start another thread with the ammended terms once all money has been refunded. Changing the terms of a backing deal in progress will result in an infraction/ban.

-If you require a thread locked, a thread title changed, or see any activity that you suspect may be involving a scam, report the thread, pm the admin.

-Site to site transfers are not allowed on FullTimePokerStaking.com This rule will only be waived between the seller of the action and backer. Any attempt to circumvent this rule will result in a ban.

-Prop bets are allowed, we will approve them on a case by case basis, and will more than likely refuse to approve silly one's.

-Ensure that you have correct contact details for anyone being backed. In the event of someone being banned from this forum because of any other matter or violation of the site rules, we will not be held responsible in any way for losses incurred.

-Please post any rails in the staking thread, Do not berate a player for a bad play.

-If you sell a piece (or percentage) of a live event, and discover upon arriving that the buyin is larger/smaller than you had planned, you will pay out your percentage based on the larger buyin, and refund your backers the required amount if the buyin is smaller. You may however cancel the stake before play begins, by just posting "cancelled" in your thread, you may fill out the details later. Receipts or proof of play should be kept and posted on backers or mod request, within 24 hours.

-Horses are expected to ensure that all funds are collected prior to the start of their stake. It would be good practice to give at least a 24 hour deadline. If a member has not paid before the stake begins, it is the sole decision of the horse whether to accept late payment or to remove them from the staking deal. Should said person be removed, it should be stated clearly in their action thread. FullTimePokerStaking.com and its staff, will not get involved in any way with collecting money not paid for a stake.

-Members are expected to run only one selling action  at a time, running multiple stakes are not allowed here.

-Creating a thread. Please make sure that your thread title is clear and accurate.
